Soil Saviors operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA), established under the right to freely associate as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
By purchasing any product, using any service, or interacting with this website in any capacity, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
You are entering into a private contract with Soil Saviors and voluntarily becoming a member of its Private Membership Association.
As a member, you agree that all interactions between you and Soil Saviors, including the purchase of products or receipt of information, are considered private transactions, governed by private contract law and protected by the rights of private association — not under public statutory law.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and our operation as a Private Membership Association (PMA), all sales are final and non-refundable once a product has been shipped or delivered. By becoming a member and completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of your private membership contract.
2. Exceptions
We are committed to excellence and member satisfaction. The following exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@soilsaviors.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the error as promptly as possible.
3. Returns
We do not accept returns of opened products under any circumstances, due to health and safety standards. Unopened, unused products may be eligible for exchange or store credit only with prior written authorization.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refund Process (If Applicable)
If a refund is granted under one of the exceptions listed above:
It will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Membership Agreement
All purchases are made under private membership agreement with Soil Saviors PMA. By placing an order, you affirm that:
You are a member of our Private Membership Association.
You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our refund policy as part of our private contract.
You waive any rights to pursue claims under public statutory commercial law related to this transaction.
